Job summary

Beagle is seeking an experienced Head of IT & Systems to lead IT operations and enterprise platforms within a growing organisation. The role follows a successful technology transformation featuring ERP and CRM implementations, improved governance, and stronger data standards.

You will oversee the IT & Systems team, drive adoption, optimise systems, and deliver a continuous improvement roadmap, while partnering with senior stakeholders and the UK operations to maximise value from existing

• Proven experience leading IT at scale with ownership of systems.
• Experience across ERP and CRM environments.

• Strong governance, audit, risk and compliance experience.

Job description

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Head of IT & Systems to lead IT operations and enterprise systems within a growing organisation.

The organisation has recently completed a significant programme of technology transformation, including the implementation of major ERP and CRM platforms, improvements to IT governance and service management, enhanced data governance and the establishment of architecture and integration principles.

The next phase is focused on embedding these changes, driving adoption, optimising systems and delivering continuous improvement. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders and technology partners to maximise the value of existing technology investments.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and continuously improve core ERP, CRM and business applications
