Job summary

Context Recruitment is seeking a Head of Digital Solutions in the Midlands on a hybrid basis with regular travel. The role leads ERP, IT, data, analytics, automation and AI to maximise value and drive operational efficiency.

You will shape digital strategy, manage a multi-site technology roadmap and deliver measurable business outcomes, reporting to the Director of Business Excellence.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in ERP/IT/Digital/Technology.
• Proven track record delivering ERP transformation and business change programmes.
• Experience managing business-critical systems in a multi-site environment.
• Strong programme, project and change management expertise.
• Knowledge of data analytics, automation, AI and cybersecurity.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the digital and ERP strategy.
• Lead ongoing optimisation, development and governance of ERP and critical systems.
• Drive digital transformation, automation, and process improvement initiatives.
• Develop data, analytics and AI capabilities across the organisation.
• Ensure technology platforms are secure, resilient and scalable.
• Manage strategic technology projects, suppliers and investment plans.
• Lead and develop a high-performing Digital team.
• Act as trusted technology advisor to senior stakeholders across multiple sites.
