This opportunity offers the chance to join a collaborative technology team supporting a group of businesses operating within creative, media and entertainment sectors. As an IT Systems Administrator, you will own critical systems, support colleagues across multiple locations and help ensure technology remains secure, efficient and scalable. This is a varied position for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes and working with people as much as technology.

*2 days onsite in Central London office per week

What experience you’ll need to apply
  • Previous experience working as an IT Systems Administrator, Systems Administrator, IT Support Engineer or similar role.
  • Experience administering Microsoft 365, including Entra ID, Exchange Online and licensing.
  • Experience supporting Google Workspace, including user and group administration.
  • Knowledge of identity and access management principles.
  • Experience supporting Windows and Apple hardware environments.
  • Familiarity with mobile device management (MDM) platforms.
  • Experience using IT service management or ticketing systems.
  • Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation.
  • Confidence using AI tools to improve productivity and support operational processes.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical topics clearly to a range of users.
  • Experience working within ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials or similar security-focused environments would be beneficial.
What you’ll be doing

As an IT Systems Administrator, you will manage the day-to-day administration, maintenance and support of a broad range of business systems and SaaS applications. You’ll ensure platforms remain secure, up to date and well configured while maintaining smooth experiences for users across the organisation. You will act as the first point of contact for IT requests, troubleshooting issues, managing escalations where appropriate and providing both remote and in-person support. You’ll oversee account provisioning and deprovisioning, user access management, hardware deployment, software licensing and asset management.

The IT Systems Administrator will also play an important role in security administration, supporting activities such as multi-factor authentication management, access reviews and account hygiene. Working within an information security framework, you’ll help maintain best practice across systems and processes. A key aspect of the role involves leveraging AI tools and automation. You’ll identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automate repetitive activities and enhance service delivery through innovative solutions. Alongside this, you’ll maintain accurate documentation, knowledge articles and system records while contributing ideas for continuous improvement.

What you’ll get in return for your experience

In return, you will receive a competitive salary (£35K-£45K) alongside an excellent benefits package. You’ll benefit from hybrid working, a structured personal development plan, dedicated training budget and regular development conversations to support your growth. Additional benefits include 25 days holiday, private medical insurance, life insurance, employee assistance programme, pension scheme, the opportunity to work abroad for up to four weeks each year and regular team social events, including end-of-year and summer celebrations. Most importantly, you’ll join a supportive environment where learning, collaboration and continuous improvement are genuinely encouraged.
