Job summary

Centura Group is hiring an IT Support Technician in Mitcham to provide first and second‑line support across the business. You will ensure devices, accounts and services are productive, secure and connected, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.

You’ll work in a varied tech environment with Microsoft 365, Windows 11, Intune and security initiatives. The role includes onboarding, device management and contributing to IT improvement projects within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Experience administering AD, Entra ID and Intune.
• Solid networking knowledge including DNS/DHCP/VPN/Wi-Fi.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-line IT support via phone, email, remote and in-person.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking and printer issues.
• Install, configure and support Windows 11 devices and mobile tech.
• Manage user accounts and permissions in AD, Entra ID, and M365.
• Onboard/offboard users and allocate equipment.
• Support Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, OneDrive).
• Manage devices via Microsoft Intune.
• Install software, drivers and security updates.
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues including VPN/DNS/Wi‑Fi.
• Support desktops, laptops, printers and meeting room tech.
• Keep IT ticketing system records accurate.
• Assist with server, storage and backup administration.
• Support cybersecurity initiatives (MFA, endpoint protection).
• Contribute to IT improvement projects and deployments.
• Maintain IT asset inventories and licensing records.
• Create and maintain technical docs and user guides.
