Job summary

National Fostering Group is seeking an IT Support Technician to manage and resolve service desk incidents, problems and requests across the business. Initial focus on telephone-based support with remote tools, followed by broader responsibilities as skills develop.

Full on-the-job training is provided; prior experience is desirable but not essential, with opportunities to grow technical knowledge in Active Directory, MDM, printers and telephony systems.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to diagnose hardware, software and operating system issues.
• On-the-job training provided; previous experience is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephone-based and remote support to staff across the business.
• Investigate, resolve incidents, problems and requests using ConnectWise Automate.
• Escalate complex issues and document resolutions for future reference.
