Job summary

Keys Children is seeking an IT Support Technician to join our team in Halesowen. This office-based role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a broad range of technologies while supporting colleagues across the business.

You will handle first-line IT queries, resolve issues, and ensure service requests are completed within agreed SLAs. A full UK driving licence is required, and a pool car is provided for site visits during the role.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support for incidents and service requests.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate technical teams.
• Monitor tickets with timely responses and documented troubleshooting steps.
• Install, configure, deploy and troubleshoot IT hardware, software, and mobile devices.
• Provide support for network, connectivity, and remote access issues.
• Maintain records of IT assets, stock levels, and lifecycle activities.
• Deliver professional, friendly, customer-focused support.
• Participate in team meetings and service improvement projects.
• Support IT activities as required by the IT Support Manager.
• Provide Microsoft 365 administration and SharePoint support.
