Job summary

PKF Francis Clark is seeking a capable IT support specialist to provide first-line desktop support across nine offices in the South West. The role is primarily based in the Truro office with one day from home and requires regular travel between offices, a full UK driving licence, and car access.

The team prioritises responsive, customer-focused service and strong IT system maintenance. You will contribute to asset tracking, licensing, purchasing, and maintaining records while supporting

In a nutshell

This role supports the delivery of IT services to over 950+ users across nine offices in a busy professional services environment. You’ll play a key part in providing a responsive, customer‑focused IT service, while also helping to maintain and develop the firm’s IT systems and infrastructure.

This role is primarily office-based with an option to work 1 day from home each week. As the role requires regular travel between offices, a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential. Business travel expenses will be reimbursed for journeys undertaken outside your contractual base office of Truro.
