PKF Francis Clark is seeking a diligent Company Secretarial Assistant to support governance and compliance across our client base. You will prepare filings with Companies House, maintain statutory registers and client records, and monitor deadlines to ensure timely responses.
You will liaise with internal teams, onboard and offboard clients, and uphold GDPR standards while handling confidential information. A Level ( Maths/English ) preferred, training provided where needed.
