Job summary

Our Lady and All Saints Catholic Multi Academy is seeking an IT Support Technician to join our MAC, providing IT support across a network of Catholic Primary and Secondary Schools in the Birmingham, Solihull and Warwickshire areas.

The post requires commitment to safeguarding, data protection and information security. The role is permanent, 37 hours per week, all year round, with start date as soon as contract allows. DBS and other pre-employment checks apply and references will be requested.

Our Lady and All Saints Catholic Multi Academy Company (“the MAC”) was formed in April 2021 and currently comprises of 12 Catholic Primary Schools and 2 Catholic Secondary Schools across the Birmingham, Solihull, and Warwickshire areas.

We are looking to recruit an IT Support Technician. The postholder will be required to work across all schools within the MAC when required.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have relevant IT experience
  • Committed to data protection, information security and responsible use of technology
  • Be reliable, honest and professional in all dealings with staff, pupils and leadership
  • Good time keeping and self-management
  • Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
  • Be committed to promoting the Catholic ethos of our schools
