A large, growing, private sector organisation based in Guildford is looking to recruit an IT Support Technician to support on-premises services and assist with hardware and software support. This is a permanent role requiring presence in the office 5 days a week in Guildford. Candidates must hold a valid UK driver's license.

The Role

As an IT Support Technician, you will collaborate with the IT and wider teams to provide 1st and 2nd line support. You will participate in various IT projects, including upgrades, virtualization software replacements, and installation of new equipment. The role involves hands-on equipment handling and troubleshooting IT issues. You will also help document IT systems and procedures. • Experience with Windows 10 / 11 administration
