Base pay range

A large, growing, private sector organisation based in Guildford is looking to recruit an IT Support Technician to support on-premises services and get involved in hardware/software support. This is a permanent role requiring presence in the office 5 days a week in Guildford. Must hold a valid UK driver's license.

The Role

As an IT Support Technician, you will work closely with IT and wider teams to support 1st and 2nd Line support. You will participate in various IT projects, including upgrades, virtualization software replacements, and new equipment installations. This hands-on role involves handling equipment, providing solutions to IT issues, and assisting in documenting IT systems and procedures. We seek individuals with a proactive attitude, prior experience in a service desk or technician environment, and a friendly personality. What you'll need to succeed

• Windows 10 / 11 administration
• Knowledge of M365 / Teams
• Physical hardware management, including laptop provisioning
