Job summary

Outsource UK is seeking a Bilingual IT Support Engineer (English/Spanish) to join our team in Immingham on a 12 month fixed term contract with potential to go permanent. Hybrid role requiring 3 days in the office and travel to other sites when needed.

You'll support end users, maintain hardware, manage Microsoft technologies and help improve IT processes to keep the business running securely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• IT support experience in a corporate/business environment.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Full UK driving licence and ability to travel to other sites.

IT Support Engineer £30,000–£35,000 + Excellent BenefitsImmingham – Hybrid 3 days in the office Outsource UK is looking to recruit a Bilingual (English/Spanish) IT Support Engineer to work for a leading bulk storage organisation on a 12 month fixed term contract with potential to go permanent.

As an IT Support Engineer, you'll play a key role in ensuring colleagues across the business have reliable, secure, and efficient IT services. From supporting end users and maintaining hardware to managing Microsoft technologies and improving IT processes, you'll be at the heart of our day-to-day operation

• You'll ideally have experience with IT support within a corporate or business environment Microsoft Windows operating systems Active Directory administration Desktop, laptop and peripheral support Networking fundamentals Mobile device support Microsoft 365 technologies Bilingual Spanish/English required
• You'll also need Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive, organised approach to managing workload
• The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to other sites when required.
