The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish, have strong customer service and troubleshooting skills, and be proficient with Microsoft 365 and Windows.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish with excellent communication skills.
• Experience diagnosing, prioritising and resolving IT incidents, aiming for first‑time resolution.
• Strong customer‑service focus and professional communication.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint) and Windows OS.
• Familiarity with ITSM/ticketing systems and IT hardware.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site IT support, resolving incidents, service requests and user queries.

• Install, configure, replace and maintain computers, peripherals and workplace equipment.
• Provide support for laptops, desktops, docking stations, printers and other IT equipment.

Advancing People Multilingual Recruitment Specialists are now recruiting for a Spanish speaking Desktop Support Engineer on behalf of a leading Spanish based IT Consultancy.

This role is on-site working for a client in Grimsby, Lincolnshire

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IT support professional to join a corporate environment, providing hands-on technical support to users and working closely with Service Desk and specialist IT teams.

Person Specification

• Solid knowledge and experience with: Microsoft 365, including Teams, Outlook and SharePoint.

• Wi-Fi, VPN and remote access.
• Experienced with ITSM and/or ticketing systems.

This is a full-time position offering an annual salary of £40,000 - £45,000 + excellent company benefits.
