The role
As an IT Support Technician, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You’ll be the First and Second line support for bespoke / niche systems.


Day-to-day, you’ll help with the following:

  • Customer technical liaison, advice, and guidance
  • Monitoring of compliance – CE, CA Marking or systems, postproduction
  • Documentation – URDs, Tech Author, Requirements capture
  • Product development and enhancement

This role is full time and based onsite at Ashchurch.

Desirable experience of the IT Support Technician:

  • Linux administration and Virtualisation management (VMWare)
  • Networking – working towards CCNA.
  • Good technical reporting skills both written and verbal.
  • Electronics engineering with ability to undertake reverse engineering tasks.
  • CE / CA Marking of productised platforms.

Qualifications for the IT Support Technician:

  • The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Developed Vetting (DV) security clearance for this role.
