This position is suitable for someone with at least 1 year of post-graduation experience, an IT Support apprenticeship, or relevant work since school. About the role

Based in our London Head Office, you will work closely with our IT managed service provider, support our UK offices, assist with laptop builds for new hires, deploy hardware, and contribute to IT projects. A proactive attitude and passion for IT support are essential.

Accountabilities

1. Maintain and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network systems.
2. Collaborate on implementing new technologies and improving systems.
3. Support onboarding by setting up workstations and providing IT orientation (Office 365).
4. Participate in IT projects such as upgrades and deployments.
5. Handle administrative tasks and respond to queries.
6. Communicate support solutions via in-person and Teams.
7. Liaise with our outsource helpdesk (Acora) to resolve queries promptly.

Skills and Experience

• At least 1 year in an IT Support role.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Entra ID and InTune.
• Experience with ITSM systems like ServiceNow.
• Understanding of incident/request management lifecycle.
• Experience working with MSPs and third-party support providers.
• Attention to detail and effective communication skills.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve user issues.
• Curious, engaged, and eager to self-learn.
