Overview of Role

As an IT Support Technician in the End User Technology team, you will be the first point of contact for end users who need assistance, and you will help build a robust working environment using the latest Microsoft technologies. The successful applicant will join a dedicated team and will have an opportunity to grow within one of Europe’s fastest growing companies.

As this role is focused on technical support, we will require office presence in our Belfast offices. Hybrid working may be available depending on cover within the team.

Primary responsibilities include:

  1. Resolve incidents in-line with our defined Incident Management practice.
  2. Providing on-site support.
  3. Providing technical assistance to users (primarily on Microsoft on-premises and cloud technologies).
  4. Undertake project work to improve the End User Technology function.
  5. User Account creation & maintenance.
  6. Device management using MS Autopilot & Endpoint Manager.
  7. Provide on-call support.

Experience & Skills:

  1. Over 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
  2. Experience with Microsoft technologies such as Azure, Endpoint Manager (Intune), Exchange, SharePoint, Teams – certification advantageous.
  3. An understanding of key ITIL and Service Management practices such as Request Fulfilment, Asset Management, Incident, Change & Problem Management.
  4. An ability to manage assigned daily tasks through to completion.
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
