Yorkshire Dales National Park Authority is seeking an IT Support Officer for its Bainbridge office. The role involves providing first-line IT support to staff, resolving incidents, and helping maintain hardware, software and systems.

The position is permanent and full-time with occasional travel across the Park and potential for some home working. You will work in a collaborative team, ensuring high-quality service and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Must have a relevant IT qualification or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting IT systems in a Microsoft Windows environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support to staff and act as a point of contact for IT queries.
• Resolve incidents via the IT service system and maintain accurate records.
• Install, configure and maintain hardware and software.
• Support IT projects and system improvements.
