JobsTrackR is seeking an IT Support Officer / ICT Support Technician to join our busy ICT team in Newsham. You will provide support across hardware, software, and network technologies, helping keep systems running smoothly.

You will troubleshoot user issues, assist with network administration, and contribute to a secure IT environment. The role offers a friendly team and opportunities to develop networking and infrastructure skills.

Formación

• Experience in IT/ICT support.
• Knowledge of networking, connectivity and cabling.
• Exposure to VPNs, firewalls and Windows Server environments.
• Understanding of Active Directory, backup and recovery processes, and network printing.
• PowerShell knowledge would be advantageous.
