Sensical is seeking an experienced IT Engineer to join our Support team in the Greater London area. You will provide first-line support for hardware, software and networks, troubleshoot issues, and assist with rollout of new applications while maintaining clear documentation for non-technical staff.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking technologies.
• Experience with troubleshooting Windows and Mac operating systems.
• Familiarity with common IT tools and ticketing systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Respond promptly to user requests and resolve problems in a timely manner.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and software applications.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks to ensure optimal performance.
• Assist with the rollout of new applications and updates to existing systems.
• Document technical procedures and user guides for non-technical staff.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to identify and implement improvements.
