Job summary

You will assist users with Windows OS, Office 365, Exchange, AD, and basic networking, using remote tools to resolve incidents and liaise with third-party vendors as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows 7 and Windows 10 operating systems.
• Experience with Office 365 and Exchange management.
• Active Directory Users/Computers management experience.
• Basic client-side networking knowledge.
• Experience in a Managed Service Desk environment is beneficial.
• Experience resolving incidents quickly using remote support tools.
• Exposure to HP and Dell hardware.
