Focusrite plc is seeking an IT Support Engineer for the High Wycombe office to join the Infrastructure and Support team. You will respond to support tickets, work on internal improvements, and help automate processes while ensuring SLAs are met.

The role covers a range of technologies and requires you to diagnose complex issues, keeping systems secure and available. You will join a global team driving technology choices.

Qualifications

• Experience administering Office 365 environments.
• MDM platforms such as Apple Business Manager, Intune or Jamf experience.
• Proficient in MacOS/Windows hardware and software troubleshooting.

• Automate internal processes and meet tight SLAs.
