Job summary

Focusrite in High Wycombe is seeking a Technical Support Engineer on a 12-month placement. You will be part of a global cross-functional team answering pre and post sales inquiries by phone, email and live chat.

The role involves recreating end-user setups, submitting bug reports, coordinating repairs, and representing the support team during product development. You will work on Focusrite and Novation product lines.

Qualifications

Team player and able to work in a global cross-functional team.
Knowledge of audio interfaces, MIDI control, and home/studio setups.
Experience with Mac OS and Windows operating systems.
DAW knowledge including Pro Tools, Logic, or Cubase.
Polite, patient, helpful phone manner.
Experience dealing with customers.

Responsibilities

Act as focal point for pre/post sales and technical enquiries via phone, email and live chat relating to Focusrite and Novation products
Recreate end-user setups to replicate issues and submit bug reports
Coordinate warranty and non-warranty repair bookings for dealers and customers
Represent the Technical Support team during the development phase of new products
