NCR Atleos is seeking an IT Support Specialist in Dundee to plan, implement, and manage the ATM dispatch service using Device Manager and Vision. You will analyze fault profiles, generate reports, and collaborate with multiple teams to ensure smooth operation.

The role requires 2+ years of SQL Server/SSRS experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and good communication. Hybrid work 3 days in office, 2 days remote, with on-call support and project participation.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT/related field.
• 2+ years in MS SQL Server and SSRS/reporting.
• Experience diagnosing and resolving IT issues in a Windows environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork for cross-functional support.
• Willingness to work hybrid in Dundee and support after-hours as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and monitor Device Manager/ Vision services, including QA for North America, Canada and Europe.
• Respond to Service Now requests, implement changes, create/maintain reports (SSRS/Power BI).
• Develop data extracts and dashboards; collaborate with DBAs.
• Provide on-call support during emergencies and support cross-team projects.
• Identify automation opportunities and document procedures.
• Troubleshoot network/infrastructure issues and drive root-cause analysis.
