Job summary

NCR Atleos in Dundee is seeking an IT Support Specialist to plan, implement, and manage the ATM dispatch service ecosystem. The role focuses on ensuring fault-dispatch accuracy and smooth operation of the Device Manager/Vision services, with reporting via SSRS and Power BI.

You will diagnose issues, communicate with cross-functional teams, and provide on-call support for after-hours emergencies, while contributing to data-driven insights and system improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years’ experience in MS SQL Server and SSRS report creation and data mining skills.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience supporting Microsoft Windows environments.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience working in Information Technology.

Responsibilities

• Proactively maintain and monitor Device Manager and Vision services with QA emphasis.
• Resolve Service Now requests, including client/ATM updates and report maintenance.
• Create data analyses and extracts for operational and business teams.
• Create and maintain Splunk dashboards from database inputs.
