Job summary

NCR Atleos in Dundee is seeking an IT Support Specialist to manage the Business-Critical ATM Dispatch service and ensure the Device Manager and Vision applications run smoothly. You will diagnose issues, monitor SQL reports, and develop Splunk dashboards while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 2+ years in IT, strong SQL/SSRS skills, and a proactive customer-service mindset. Hybrid work with on-site office days and remote support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years in MS SQL Server and SSRS.
• Experience with Windows Server environments.
• Experience creating dashboards with SSRS/Power BI.
• Familiarity with Splunk and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Proactively maintain and monitor Device Manager and Vision services with QA focus.
• Handle Service Now requests for issues and changes, including reports.
• Create and run data analyses and extracts for operational teams.
• Develop and maintain Splunk dashboards and reports.
• Participate in after-hours on-call support.
• Document processes and contribute to continuous improvement.
