As part of a broader, highly committed support team, you will work directly onsite to provide dedicated deskside and print support services. You will be fully supported by your Service Delivery Manager, Team Leader, and colleagues.
You will be assigned various tickets throughout the day, addressing each with empathy, pragmatism, and a strong sense of customer service—aiming to resolve issues and leave users satisfied.
This role allows you to influence people's daily working lives. Handling issues like malfunctioning computers or printers, you will make a real difference by working directly with users in a rewarding environment.
In addition to a broad and varied day, there is an optional opportunity to participate in an on-call rota, with additional overtime and standby pay.
