Job summary

Infinity Recruitment Consultancy Limited is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join its growing IT team in Stamford. This full-time, permanent role offers Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:15 pm, with travel between offices as required.

You will provide hands-on software and hardware support to staff across multiple sites to keep systems running smoothly. Key tasks include helpdesk resolution, managing Windows devices and Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Intune and Azure, plus basic network support,

Qualifications

• Computing qualification or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience with Windows, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 and basic networking.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Azure and device management.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication and organisational skills.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an IT Support Engineer to join our clients growing IT team. In this full time permanent role working Monday to Friday 9am – 5.15pm

Based in Stamford, you will provide hands-on technical support to staff across multiple offices, ensuring IT systems, equipment and applications run smoothly.

Essential Requirements for the IT Support Engineer

• A computing qualification or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience with Windows, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 and basic networking.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Azure and device management.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication and organisational skills.
• A proactive, customer-focused approach and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Full, current driving licence and own vehicle with business insurance for travel between offices.
• Flexibility to work occasional out-of-hours maintenance.
