Job summary

In Technology Group is seeking an enthusiastic IT Helpdesk Technician to provide technical support and customer service. The successful candidate will diagnose issues, support 1st/2nd line technical queries, and assist with hardware. This role requires excellent communication skills and knowledge of computer systems.

  • Be the first point of contact for staff with technical issues
  • Assist in hardware build and support
  • Respond to queries via phone, email, and other channels
  • Diagnose technical issues and provide solutions
  • Provide customer service and liaise with other departments

Skills and Requirements:

  • Support users at 1st/2nd line level
  • Good knowledge of computer hardware and software
  • Experience with Windows and/or Mac operating systems
  • Laptop, PC, printer support/troubleshooting
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Driving Licence and own vehicle
