What You'll Be Doing

This hands-on support role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with people, and learning on the job. You'll be supporting the technology that powers meetings and collaboration, ensuring everything runs smoothly for users across the organisation.

Your Day-to-day Might Include

Troubleshooting tech issues in conference rooms (think screens, audio, video).

Carrying out regular checks to make sure all equipment is working and up to standard.

Installing or moving AV/IT kit as needed (IMAC tasks).

Responding to support requests and helping users with custom setups.

Keeping documentation up to date and easy to follow.

What We're Looking For

You don't need to know everything, we'll help you grow. But we do want you to bring:

Around 2 years of hands-on experience in IT support (AV or conference room tech is a bonus).

Confidence installing and maintaining equipment like projectors, displays, and conferencing tools.

A problem-solving mindset and good communication skills.

Eligibility for SC Clearance (you must have lived in the UK continuously for the last 5 years).

Willingness to work from our Barrow-in-Furness site five days a week.

Driving Licence.
