Robert Half Technology is assisting a leading global fashion powerhouse in recruiting an IT Support Engineer on a contract basis in London.

Role

• The IT Support Engineer will proactively monitor, maintain, and support/escalate incoming IT support requests via email, phone, or internal ticketing system.
• Collaborate with site-based IT contacts, providing training and advice to ensure staff in Victoria are well-informed and consistent.
• Develop support documentation to enhance user experience.
• Enhance in-house skills with clear progression pathways to higher expertise levels.
• Provide occasional out-of-hours support as needed.
• Assist the Group Technology team and broader IT functions.
• Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as directed by the Group IT Manager.

Profile

• Proven experience supporting complex, disparate networks.
• Support all levels of business users, including VIPs, managing expectations and resolving issues.
• Experience managing and delivering challenging projects technically and from a management perspective.
