We are looking for an experienced and proactive IT Support Engineer to join our sector leading travel and leisure business.

Job Overview:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and proactive IT Support Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will provide technical support to over 200 end users across 10 sites, ensuring the seamless operation of IT systems, hardware, and software. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving IT-related issues across a variety of devices and systems. The role will require you to support a diverse user base, from basic software queries to complex network and system issues. Additionally, you will assist in system upgrades, hardware installations, and network maintenance to ensure that all IT services run efficiently. Your ability to provide timely and effective support will be essential in maintaining business continuity across multiple locations. You will be customer-focused, have strong problem-solving skills, and be able to work well in a team environment. This is an exciting role with a fast-growing company.
