The COMPANY with over 20 years of experience is a pioneer in AI-powered digital pathology software and services. They are recognized as global leaders in providing this specialized software to the life sciences sector, enabling analysis and interpretation of slide images.

The Role

Due to an internal promotion, they now seek a Technical Solutions Engineer to join their team. Working from home, the engineer will be responsible for configuring and installing the company's software for clients. Key responsibilities include:

• Handling software-related requests
• Analyzing and troubleshooting software issues
• Proposing solutions and identifying root causes of problems
• Conducting software testing and installations
• Managing IT-related issues and database migrations
• Advising customers on hardware and software configurations
