Job summary

djr is seeking an IT Support Analyst (2nd Line) in Wimbledon to join a growing technology business. You will provide 2nd line support across Windows 11, Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, ownership from start to finish, and help shape how IT support is delivered.

With 3 days in the office and 2 remote, you will support a 100–1,000 user internal environment and collaborate with a small, experienced team to drive modern Microsoft technologies, process improvements, and career progression.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in IT Support, ideally at 2nd Line level.
• Strong Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Intune experience - essential.
• Experience supporting internal environments of approximately 100-1,000 users.
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine customer-service mindset.
• Ownership, initiative; not just passing problems along.

Responsibilities

• Delivering 2nd Line support across Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Intune.
• Troubleshooting issues and owning from start to finish.
• Supporting users across Microsoft 365 apps (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint and OneDrive).
• Working with Jira and contributing to smarter IT support.
• Improving processes, documentation and the overall user experience.
• Getting exposure to wider infrastructure, cloud and security technologies.

IT Support Analyst (2nd Line) x2 | £45K + Bonus | Hybrid

Location: Wimbledon

Salary: Up to £45,000 + 5% Annual Bonus

Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days remote

We're working exclusively with an established, growing technology business that's investing in its internal IT team and looking for TWO ambitious IT Support Analysts to join them.

This isn't about simply closing tickets and passing problems on.

You'll be joining a small, experienced team supporting around 400 users, working with modern Microsoft technologies and having a genuine say in how IT support is delivered.

If you're technically strong, proactive and want to build a career beyond the service desk, this is worth a conversation.

What you'll be doing

• Delivering 2nd Line support across Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Intune.
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, taking ownership from start to finish.
• Supporting users across Microsoft 365, including Teams, Outlook, SharePoint and OneDrive.
• Working with Atlassian/Jira and contributing to smarter, AI-assisted IT support.
• Improving processes, documentation and the overall user experience.
• Getting exposure to wider infrastructure, cloud and security technologies.

What we're looking for

• 3-5 years' experience in IT Support, ideally at 2nd Line level.
• Strong Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Intune experience - essential.

Exposure to Azure, AWS, GCP or PowerShell would be a bonus, but isn't essential but the interest to learn and grow is.
