An established group of technology and communications specialists is seeking an IT Support Engineer for the Farnborough area. This role involves delivering first-class onsite IT support to an independent college, maintaining IT infrastructure, and collaborating with a dedicated IT services team. Ideal candidates will have strong troubleshooting skills and experience with Microsoft services, ensuring systems remain safe and compliant.
Location: Farnborough area (Onsite with occasional hybrid working)
Salary: Up to £27,000, dependent on experience
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (8.00am–5.00pm, Monday to Friday)

An established, UK-wide group of technology and communications specialists is seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to join their managed services team on a permanent basis. The group provides comprehensive IT Support, Cloud, Cyber Security, Professional Services, Communications and Infrastructure services to a diverse client base, with a growing presence in the education sector.
This particular role will be primarily based at an independent college in the Farnborough area, delivering first-class onsite IT support to staff and pupils, while collaborating closely with a wider education-focused IT services team.
About the Role:
This position is ideal for a customer-focused, technically capable engineer with experience working in a varied IT environment — preferably within education, though not essential.
You’ll be responsible for supporting and maintaining the college’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, cloud-based systems and end-user devices. Alongside reactive support duties, you’ll be involved in system maintenance, project work, documentation, and assisting with IT asset management.
