IT Support Engineer (1st Line Support)

Location: Bristol

Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Salary: A GBP 25,000 to A GBP 28,000 + Benefits Package

An IT Support Engineer (1st Line) is required by a stable and innovative IT MSP based in modern offices in the centre of Bristol. You will work closely with Directors and experienced 2nd and 3rd Line IT experts, enabling rapid skill development.

Requirements:

• Experience in 1st line IT Support
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint
• Good customer service skills
• Qualifications are beneficial but not essential

Responsibilities:

• Support a wide range of users with various IT issues
• Test and repair PCs, set up new computers
• Handle calls from clients, create support tickets, resolve basic IT issues, escalate as needed
• Manage up to 20 different IT tasks per day
