IT Support Engineer | Bristol | Hybrid (3 Days On-Site)

We're on the lookout for a proactive IT Support Engineer to join the team in Bristol. This hybrid role (3 days on-site per week) is a fantastic opportunity to support a dynamic business by providing top-notch IT services and ensuring technology runs smoothly for our users.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Providing remote and in-person 1st and 2nd line support via our Service Desk
  • Diagnosing and resolving hardware/software issues and application problems
  • Installing and configuring IT hardware and software
  • Supporting network infrastructure, Wi-Fi, backups, and an element of server management
  • Maintaining asset registers and technical documentation
  • Investigating security alerts and ensuring compliance with IT policies
  • Delivering outstanding customer service and support to end users

What We’re Looking For:

  • Solid experience with Windows OS and Microsoft Active Directory
  • Hands-on experience with Office 365 administration
  • Proven track record in technical support within a business or service desk setting
  • A customer-first attitude and strong communication skills
  • A collaborative mindset with the drive to continuously improve

Location: Bristol – 3 days a week on-site
