St Wilfrid's Hospice is looking for a friendly, organised and customer-focused IT Support & Digital Services Coordinator to join our Workforce, Digital Transformation and IT team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, solving problems and making technology easier for people to use.
You'll be the first point of contact for routine IT support, helping staff and volunteers with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, telephony, meeting room technology and day-to-day digital queries. You'll also support ticket management, account administration and digital induction for new starters.
