Job summary

Cathcart Technology in Edinburgh is looking for a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join its growing team. The role is fully onsite with hybrid options after six months, offering exposure to a broad range of technologies and strong opportunities for professional development.

You will provide 2nd line support for a varied client base, handle Microsoft 365, Windows and macOS issues, and maintain documentation. A UK driving licence is essential for occasional client site visits.

Qualifications

• Commercial experience in a 2nd Line IT Support role.
• MSP experience (Essential).
• Strong Microsoft 365, Windows and Mac support experience.
• Solid networking and fault-finding skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Full UK driving licence (essential).
• Microsoft, CompTIA or similar certifications (desirable).
