Vanaways, a leading UK van retailer, is offering an IT Support Executive apprenticeship in Bristol. You will work with the IT Manager and Development team on infrastructure, system rollouts and software projects, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced tech environment.

The apprenticeship includes on-the-job training with about 20% of hours spent in college or training organisation study, with clear potential to develop into software development or IT infrastructure roles as experience grows.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first and second-line IT support to colleagues across the business.
• Configure, deploy and maintain Windows devices and mobile technology.
• Support Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Intune and Autopilot.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network and connectivity issues.
• Manage user accounts, security settings and endpoint protection.
• Support telephony, printers and meeting room technology.
• Maintain IT assets, documentation and system records.
• Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Work with suppliers and internal teams to resolve technical issues.
• Support system upgrades, software deployments and IT improvement projects.
• Promote security, data protection and compliance best practices.
