Job summary

Career Choices Dewis Gyrfa Ltd partners with a leading professional services organisation to recruit an IT Analyst for their Manchester IT Service team. This role focuses on hands-on IT support and delivering excellent customer service within a modern Microsoft technology environment.

You will be a key contact for employees, delivering remote and face-to-face support as part of a collaborative IT Service team.

Qualifications

• Hands-on IT support experience.
• Strong customer service or IT service desk skills.
• Experience with Active Directory user administration.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments.
• Proactive approach and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage workloads and meet SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Providing 1st and 2nd line technical support.
• Managing incidents and service requests through to resolution.
• Supporting desktop PCs, laptops, mobile devices and printers.
• Administering user accounts and assisting with server-related tasks.
• Supporting Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel.
• Supporting Windows Desktop and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments.
• Maintaining accurate documentation and knowledge articles.
• Assisting with IT projects and continuous service improvements.
