Job summary
Focus Group is looking for an experienced IT Technical Support Analyst on a fixed-term basis through to the end of March 2027. Based hybrid at our Shoreham office, you’ll join a strong team delivering technical excellence for UK customers.
You’ll handle 1st and 2nd line requests—diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving issues across desktop hardware/software, Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure Virtual Desktop and related tools, communicating clearly with users at all levels.
Qualifications
- Hands-on IT support experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of desktop and end-user technologies.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Intune and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).
Responsibilities
- Handle 1st and 2nd line IT support requests, diagnosing and resolving issues.
- Support desktop hardware and software across the organisation.
- Manage Microsoft 365, Intune and Azure Virtual Desktop workloads.
