Job summary

NRL is seeking an experienced IT Support Analyst to join our on-site team in Woking on a contract basis within the Oil & Gas sector for Aramco. The role focuses on delivering frontline technical support and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations for end users.

The ideal candidate will have proven IT support experience with Aramco, strong troubleshooting skills, and excellent communication for non-technical users. Remote desktop tools and ticketing systems experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

Proven experience in IT Support, Service Desk or Technical Support with Aramco.
Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication to support non-technical users.
Proactive problem-solving with a customer-focused approach.
Experience with remote desktop support tools and ticketing systems.
Understanding of networking fundamentals and IT security best practices.
Previous experience within the Oil & Gas sector.
Aramco exposure prioritized when selecting candidates.

Responsibilities

Provide first-line IT support across hardware, software and user-related issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical incidents efficiently.
Deliver exceptional customer service and support to end users.
Log, track and manage support tickets through to resolution.
Escalate complex issues to specialist teams where required.
Maintain accurate documentation of incidents and solutions.
