Job summary

NRL is seeking an experienced IT Support Analyst to join our on-site team in Woking on a contract basis within the Oil & Gas sector for Aramco. The role focuses on delivering frontline technical support and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations for end users.

The ideal candidate will have proven IT support experience with Aramco, strong troubleshooting skills, and excellent communication for non-technical users. Remote desktop tools and ticketing systems experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT Support, Service Desk or Technical Support with Aramco.
• Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication to support non-technical users.
• Proactive problem-solving with a customer-focused approach.
• Experience with remote desktop support tools and ticketing systems.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals and IT security best practices.
• Previous experience within the Oil & Gas sector.
• Aramco exposure prioritized when selecting candidates.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support across hardware, software and user-related issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical incidents efficiently.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support to end users.
• Log, track and manage support tickets through to resolution.
• Escalate complex issues to specialist teams where required.
• Maintain accurate documentation of incidents and solutions.
