Job summary

IT Mob Limited in Hull is seeking an IT Support Analyst to join our fully office-based team. You will start in a fast-paced, customer-facing role supporting a diverse set of clients with Windows O/S, Windows Server, hardware, networking, and cybersecurity challenges.

As you grow, you will handle more complex incidents across Windows 10/11, Server 2016/2019/2025, Active Directory and Microsoft 365, while learning new technologies in dedicated learning time each week.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing IT support experience is preferred.
• Experience with Windows O/S and Windows Server.
• Exposure to networking and cybersecurity helpful.
• No requirement to possess all listed skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support for a wide range of client issues.
• Handle Windows 10/11, Windows Server versions, hardware, and network concerns.
• Learn and apply cybersecurity practices as part of daily duties.
