Job summary

Your New Company in Guildford is seeking an IT Support Analyst to join a growth-focused team on a permanent, on-site basis. You’ll provide 1st/2nd line support, handle incidents, and assist with hardware/software deployments while driving IT service improvements.

You'll work alongside a collaborative team, maintain documentation, and help keep systems secure and reliable. A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a BAU and project IT support role with strong communication skills.
• Experience supporting Windows 10/11 environments and hardware/software deployments.
• Solid networking fundamentals and familiarity with AD/DNS/DHCP.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and cybersecurity best practices.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft certs, ITIL Foundation are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on 1st and 2nd line IT support for incidents and requests.
• Configure and deploy hardware and software; manage user accounts and MFA support.
• Maintain IT documentation, assist with asset management, and support IT operations.
• Collaborate with seniors and third-party suppliers; travel between sites as needed.
