Qualifications

• 1st/2nd line support experience
• ITIL/Incident management knowledge
• Windows / Office365 / Microsoft stack experience
• AD (Active Directory) familiarity
• Remote Desktop knowledge
• Hardware (desktop, mobile, laptop) experience
• Network basics

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support for desktop, mobile and laptop users
• Resolve incidents using Microsoft-based tools (Office365, AD, etc.)
• Maintain professional standards and excellent interpersonal communication
