• 1+ year in software application troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of desktop imaging and hardware support.

The role
Maintain and support customer environments working daily with the core technologies in order to deliver a first-class level of service. Act as a technical advisor by monitoring, identifying issues, promoting good practice and report on key metrics.

What do I need?

• 1+ year of experience in IT, Engineering Support, or related area.
• 1+ year of experience in operating system or software application troubleshooting (, root cause analysis, debugging).
• knowledge on desktop imaging, Windows desktop break/ fix, video conferencing support, o365and ServiceNow experience, hardware break/fix support for Lenovo, Client and Dell equipment
