Job summary

BB Talent Resourcing Ltd is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager in the UK to inherit an existing portfolio while driving new business in IT and managed services. You'll build long-term relationships with SMEs, present tailored IT solutions, and work with a supportive technical team to deliver outcomes while benefiting from an uncapped commission structure and hybrid working.

The role offers a competitive basic salary in the £25,000–£40,000 range with earnings potential

Qualifications

• Previous B2B sales experience within IT, Managed Services, telecommunications or a similar sector.
• Proven ability to generate new business through proactive prospecting.
• Experience producing commercial proposals and managing a structured sales pipeline.
• Strong communication, negotiation and objection-handling skills.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage opportunities and customer activity.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking and referrals
• Manage and grow an existing portfolio of customer accounts while identifying further opportunities
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions
• Prepare quotations and proposals before managing opportunities through to successful completion
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts and pipeline activity
• Work closely with technical specialists to deliver tailored IT solutions for customers
