Krome Technologies Ltd is seeking a highly driven Business Development Manager to win new clients from our Chertsey HQ. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract close, and position our managed IT services and solutions as the partner of choice.

The role offers a base circa £40k with uncapped commission, working 9–5, with probation leading to flexible in-office/remote work options. A dynamic IT services environment awaits driven sales professionals.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in IT sales within IT services/consultancy.
• Ability to discuss technical concepts at a commercial level.
• Proven track record of winning new business and closing high‑value contracts.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and win new clients through outbound activity and referrals.
• Manage end‑to‑end sales cycle from prospecting to contract close.
• Collaborate with pre‑sales and delivery teams to scope solutions.
• Maintain CRM data, forecast performance, and report against targets.
