Une entreprise de formation en pleine expansion, cherche un coach en apprentissage IT qualifié pour guider et soutenir les apprentis au cours de leur formation. Vous devrez adapter vos méthodes d'enseignement aux besoins individuels des apprenants, avec un accent sur le coaching individuel. Qualifications

• Expérience en tant que Coach ou Assesseur IT.
• Niveau 3 ou plus requis en qualification d'enseignement ou d'évaluation.
• Qualifications en IT Vendor souhaitables.

Responsibilities

• Coaching et développement d'apprentis sur leurs parcours de formation.
• Suivi de la progression des apprentis et adaptation des méthodes d'apprentissage.
• Coaching principalement en tête-à-tête avec les apprentis.

Job Description:

Are you an experienced IT Apprenticeship coach and have a background in supporting apprentices through their Level 3 ICT apprenticeships then this could be a great opportunity for you!

You must hold a Level 3 or above teaching or assessing qualification and at least 12 months experience in a Infrastructure Technician/ICT Skills Coach or Assessor role or any other relevant industry experience. Any IT Vendor qualifications or Assessing qualifications would be highly desirable.

As an IT Coach your overall goal will be coaching and development of apprentices through their apprenticeship, tracking their progression through the .journey. The role will require you to adapt to different ways of working and establish individual learning needs and identify best practices. This role will entail predominantly one to one coaching with apprentices
